Update on our current trading situation during this Covid 19 crisis.
As of Wednesday the 1st of September we will open under Level 3.
Our opening hours are Monday – Friday 7.30am – 5.00pm, Saturday 8am – 5pm.
As the safety of our customers & staff is our number one priority, we ask that you observe the following:
- All equipment MUST be pre booked & paid in advance either via credit card over the phone or internet banking unless you have a charge account.
- Customers must wear a face mask at all times.
- Please pay attention to signage on arrival. Please be patient while our staff follow the Level 3 protocols required.
- We ask that you remain inside your vehicle unless staff ask otherwise.
- Entry into the building will be controlled. One person in the building at a time – 2m physical distancing must be maintained.
- Please ensure you have the Covid Tracing app as you must scan our QR code on arrival.
- If you are required to enter the reception area to sign the hire contact, you must sanitize your hands with the sanitizer provided.
- When you leave reception, please get straight back into your vehicle. You are not able to walk around & look at equipment etc.
- We ask that you stay in your vehicle. Our staff will load the equipment into your vehicle ensuring no personal contact.
- All equipment is thoroughly cleaned & sanitized on return.
- All of our staff are following good hygiene practice as well as regularly cleaning the reception area & our work areas.
